- Device and identifiers: certain device information and identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) may be collected by our partners to deliver and measure ads and for fraud prevention.
- App diagnostics: basic, non‑personally identifiable analytics/telemetry that Android or our partners may provide to improve stability and performance.
1.3 Payments
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google provides us with non‑sensitive purchase tokens and status required to deliver the purchase. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy for details on their processing.
2. How we use information
- Provide core functionality (habit tracking, reminders, and settings).
- Process purchases and manage premium features.
- Show ads, including measuring ad performance and preventing abuse.
- Maintain and improve the App (including debugging, analytics, and security).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Sharing of information
- Service providers & partners: We share information with vendors that help us operate the App. Key partners include:
- Google AdMob (ads and related measurement).
- Google Play Billing (payments and entitlements).
- Google Play services (Android services used by the above).
- Legal & safety: We may share information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising and tracking technologies
The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads, which may use identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and other signals to deliver, personalize, and measure ads and to detect fraud/abuse. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings. See How Google uses data in ads.
5. Data storage and retention
- Local app data: habit data and settings are stored on your device and remain until you delete the App data or uninstall.
- Partner data: Ad and billing partners retain data according to their policies.
6. Your choices
- Ads settings: Control ad personalization from Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Delete app data: You can clear the App’s data or uninstall the App at any time to remove locally stored data.
- Purchases: Manage subscriptions and purchases through Google Play.
- Permissions: You can disable notifications or other permissions in Android Settings.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. International transfers
Our partners (such as Google) may process data on servers located in multiple countries. See their privacy policies for details.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
